As a life long resident of Prescott, I found my passion for real estate and serving people early in life. In the past 15 years I have managed to experience many different aspects of real estate. Growing up and being involved in the family farm has given me knowledge and appreciation for the land whether agricultural, recreational, or residential. I have owned and managed multiple rental properties giving me an insight into using real estate as a wealth building tool. I also enjoy investing in real estate through the rehabilitation process. I have found it rewarding to take a distressed house and make it a viable home for families once again. Through that process I was involved in many transactions in all steps of the foreclosure process and acting in many different capacities. Being the treasurer of Oak Grove Township for the last ten years has allowed me to not only understand property taxes, permit processes, and the workings of local government, but I have been able to meet and serve many of my friends and neighbors.
